I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally kind. The screened-in patios were a lovely touch, but unfortunately, the pool bar's drinks weren't always up to par. The misinformation about happy hour from the office staff was a bit of a letdown.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and obliging. I was pleasantly surprised with an anniversary dessert during my stay.

The beach right outside the room was a dream, and the restaurant served excellent food. The hotel's location on Sanibel Island was wonderful and provided a relaxed, beautiful tropical paradise experience.

Dining was very good at the Normandie, with great service. The only downside was that breakfast didn't start until 8 am, making it a bit late for those wanting to begin their day early.
